I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor and mindfulness teacher, with more than 10 years of training and experience in Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Approaches.
Alongside private practise, my experience has been gained working for a national charity for carers, and a charity dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of children. Some of the difficulties I have experience working with include but are not limited to anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, bereavement and loss, anger management, addiction, stress management and self-esteem issues.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO) and I adhere to their guidelines for safe and good practise. I also follow the good practise guidelines for MBI-TAC.
