Drawing from research in mindfulness and compassion based approaches and positive psychology, individual mindfulness coaching enables you to work flexibly, exploring mindfulness practise in a way that is tailored to you, whether you are new to mindfulness and/or if you would like help with a particular difficulty.
How it works
We will start with an initial individual assessment to explore your specific needs and goals. I will then tailor and outline a program to support you, and schedule a series of 1.5 hour sessions all held by zoom at a mutually convenient time.
Sessions include personal coaching in relevant core mindfulness practises and exercises with supported self-inquiry. As with learning any new skill, home practise in between sessions is also important.
£60 per session held via zoom
